ABTA and ABTA membership help holidaymakers to get the most from their travel and assist when things don't go according to plan. We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you via ABTA's Code of Conduct. All the package and 'Flight-Plus' holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as hotels or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available.


We also subscribe to ABTA’s scheme for the resolution of disputes, which is approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. If we can’t resolve your complaint, go to www.abta.com to use ABTA’s simple procedure and to find further information on the code and ABTA’s assistance in resolving disputes. Additionally, you have access to the government's Alternative Dispute Resolution service and the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which is a means of registering your complaint but will not determine how your complaint should be resolved.

For customers' complete financial protection, all holidays including flights are covered by ATOL. When you pay, the ATOL-protected elements of your holiday (such as flights, hotels and other services) will be listed on the ATOL Certificate given to you – please check all expected items are listed on it.
